From time to time you may feel the need to contact us concerning your order. It maybe to find out when it will be delivered or it maybe that you need some help to get it setup and working. Products sometimes go wrong and develop faults so you might need to contact us to get it fixed.

If you do need to return a product to us because it is faulty, please don't just send it back to us without making contact with us first. When you have contacted us we will issue you with a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number. The RMA number is generated by our "back office" software that we use to run our company and tracks your original order and contact details along with the issues that you are experiencing with the production you have purchased from us. This helps us deal with your returned product quickly and efficiently so we can get you back up and running again as soon as possible.

Whilst we will help you as much as we possible can in supporting you with your product there are times that you might find it better to contact the manufacturer of the product directly.
