Cooltopia.com's pricing structure for delivery/carriage of orders placed online is explained below.

UK Mainland
All goods are sent on a next working day delivery.
The next working day delivery service is from when the goods leave Cooltopia.com's warehouse and not from when the customer orders the goods.

Costs:
Goods ordered under the value of £20 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and cost £3.99
Goods ordered over the value of £20 are sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or by City Link and cost £6.99

Orders placed with Cooltopia.com are shipped on a next working day delivery, some orders shipped on a Friday may be delivered the next day but most will be delivered on the following Monday. Generally smaller items with a lower value are sent by Royal Mail and larger items with a higher value are sent by City Link. This decision is made by Cooltopia.com and not the customer.

Ireland
All orders sent to Ireland (excluding Northern Ireland which is covered by the UK Mainland charges) are sent by Royal Mail Airsure and the cost of delivery will be between £7.50 and £15.00 depending on the value, size and weight of the goods ordered.

Orders for Ireland must, at present be placed by telephone and delivery charges will be quoted at the time of order. Delivery is usually within 3 working days.

Channel Islands
We currently don't ship any goods to the Channel Islands.

Europe & The Rest Of The World
Currently we do not accept orders from outside of the UK and Ireland. We aim to be able to ship orders world wide in the future.
